PHIL GOULD

Phil is a senior real estate development leader with over 30 years’ international experience delivering large-scale, complex projects across Europe and the Middle East.

He has led landmark mixed-use and regeneration schemes for organisations including Hammerson, Lendlease, and Majid Al Futtaim, and most recently served as Chief Development Officer at Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia, overseeing the development of a new city designed for 600,000 residents.

His experience spans the full development lifecycle, from early-stage strategy and structuring through to delivery, with a focus on aligning stakeholders, shaping viable delivery models, and unlocking long-term value.

Phil has worked extensively with government authorities, investors, and institutional partners to navigate complex regulatory environments and enable major development outcomes.
